MoonBrain is a working AI system for your own computer: a plain-text vault plus an AI agent that reads your mail, turns it into tasks, keeps your board clean and learns from every job it does. I install it with you in one call. Then I keep it updated every month.

What it does on a normal Tuesday
Inbox to board.
Mail and messages come in. The agent reads them, decides what they are, and turns each one into a card with a due date and a next step. You look at a board, not an inbox.
Cards to done.
You say "handle card 214". The agent does the work it can do (draft the reply, prepare the document, update the file), then asks you only for the decision.
Every week, it gets better.
Each finished card leaves a line in a learning log. When a lesson repeats, it becomes a rule. After three months my Brain had grown 32 of those rules on its own.
It runs on your machine, in plain markdown files you can open without us.
No data leaves your computer to MoonBrain.
For you if
- You work from home at least part of the week and want that time back, or want to fit a second job or your own business into it.
- You are a freelancer, consultant or knowledge worker whose day is mail, documents, meetings and follow-ups.
- You already pay for an AI assistant and feel it should be doing more than answering questions.

Pay.
Install fee plus the first month, one checkout. (Stripe, secure.)

Book.
Pick a slot in my calendar right after checkout. Install calls run Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 20:00, based on availability.

Install call, 60 minutes.
We set up the vault, connect your AI agent, load the playbooks and run your first real task together. You leave the call with a working system, not a to-do list.

First week.
Your board comes with seven starter cards, one per day. Do those and you know how to work with it.

Every month.
A new release lands in your Brain with what I learned that month, in plain language. You type "update my Brain" and it is done.

Cancel any time. Your vault and everything in it stays yours; you just stop getting updates.

What you need before the call

Who is installing it
I'm Robert. I run my own consulting work through this system every day and have done since June 2026. MoonBrain is not a template I made to sell; it is my own working Brain, cleaned of my clients' data and packaged so it installs on your machine in an hour. Every monthly update is something I needed myself first.
Questions
No. You type instructions in plain English. The install call covers everything technical.
Then you do not pay for it. The install fee is refunded and the subscription is cancelled before it renews.
On your computer, in plain markdown files. MoonBrain never sees it. The only things that leave your machine go to your own AI provider under your own account.
Only if you switch that on. By default everything is a draft you approve.
You keep the vault and everything in it. You stop receiving updates and support.
The vault is plain text and will work with any agent that can read files. I install and support Claude, because that is what I run myself.
MoonBrain sells capacity, not advice on your employment contract. What you do with the hours it gives you is your call.
Most of the first week is learning to trust it. By the end of the first month the board is where your day starts.
